The interview is not the first test.Everything before it is.

The CV nobody read. The question you did not expect. The “registration fee” that should have warned you. Practise all of it here, where getting it wrong costs you nothing.

Forty questions a day at no cost. It resets every morning.

The thing nobody else does

It reads the advert before you do

Every listing is checked against the patterns scams use. Never hidden from you and never silently: flagged, with the reason written out, so the next one you spot yourself.

Somebody who does not lose 250,000 shillings to that advert is the reason this exists.

What it finds in you

You have done the job. You call it something else.

Most people are rejected for the words they used, not the work they did. It reads what you wrote and names it the way the employer names it.

I counted the money every evening and wrote it in the bookDaily cash reconciliation and record keeping
I was in charge when the supervisor travelledDeputised for a line supervisor over three months
I asked the suppliers to bring the goodsSupplier liaison and purchase order follow-up
I taught the new ones how we do itOnboarding and on-the-job training of new staff

It never invents experience you do not have. It names the experience you did not know had a name.

In the room

One question at a time, then what your answer actually showed

Tell me about a time you had to deliver something with less than you needed.
You named the constraint and what you cut. That is the part they listen for.
You said “we” eleven times and “I” twice. They cannot tell what you did.
No number anywhere. “It went well” is not evidence.

It will not tell you an answer was good when it was not. Finding that out here is the entire point.

When you are ready for people

Send a code. Be interviewed properly.

Up to five friends or colleagues join with a code. Each gets a different seat and different questions, so nobody repeats anybody. They score you without seeing each other, and you see nothing until everybody has finished.

And the rest of it

Everything between wanting the job and starting it

Real openings

United Nations and NGO work, remote roles worldwide, and commercial jobs by country. Save a search and it tells you when something new matches.

A CV that fits where it is going

German, Japanese, Gulf and UK conventions are different documents, not translations of one. Downloads as PDF or Word.

Scholarships that actually pay

Eighteen fully funded programmes, what each really asks, and the condition attached to the money.

Visa interviews

Rehearsed question by question, including the ones that decide it and the ones people answer honestly and lose on.

The form questions

Notice period, salary, why you are leaving. Asked in the last five minutes when you have relaxed, and answered badly on the spot.

What to bring

Every document, where it comes from, what it costs, how long it really takes, and what is accepted instead when you cannot get it.

Proposals and funding

Written to the convention of whoever reads it: a donor, a government fund, a bank, a partner. Plus who actually funds work like yours.

IELTS

Writing marked against the four official criteria. Reading and listening timed the way the real one is.

Nerves

Grounded in how you actually sounded rather than advice to breathe. And honest about when it is more than nerves.

Before you trust it

What it will not do

  • It will not find you a job. Nobody can promise that, and everybody in this market does.
  • It will not flatter you. An answer that was weak is called weak, here, where it costs nothing.
  • It takes no fee from anybody it recommends. No affiliate links, no commission, no ranking by who pays. The moment a careers tool earns money from sending you somewhere, its advice about that place is worthless.
  • It will never ask for your passport, ID or bank details. Nothing here needs them. Anybody who asks you for those to get you a job is not offering you a job.
  • It does not keep your name. There is no account. Your practice belongs to your browser and to nobody else.

For schools, universities and careers services

Give two hundred students a code, not two hundred accounts

A partner code triples the daily allowance at no cost, with nothing to install and no student data to hand over. You see how many used it. You do not see who they are or what they asked, and that is deliberate: a student who believes the school is reading their practice answers does not practise honestly.
